Where might you notice this phrase?
At home.
In yourself.
At work or school.
In other people.
Online.
For example:
You hear someone say:
"Starting tomorrow, I'm taking my health seriously."
Fifteen minutes later:
"Then this entire cheesecake doesn't count… yet."
What should I do?
Just notice situations where this phrase suddenly appears.
Don't fix. Don't improve. Just log it.
Then bring it back hear after a few days.
